Eleanor has been a member of the team since 2003. She joined because she wanted to do some voluntary work and liked what NorLSAR did. She enjoys learning new things and then putting them into practice. She has three children, so does not have as much spare time as she would always want!!

James joined the team in 2004 while a student at the UEA and was instrumental in forming the Bike Team. He has worked over the past year upgrading our web site and travels from Suffolk for training and callouts. James is a Search Controler and enjoys fixing Land Rovers in his spare time.

Kate initially joined NORLSAR as a dogsbody in 2009 and subsequently was coaxed to a training session by the chairman. She has no regrets though! Since then she's become a search technician and has hopes to become a dog handler when she can house a dog. Kate also enjoys rock climbing and hiking though she doesn't manage to get out there as much as she'd like.

Andy joined the team in May 2007, and qualified as a Search Team leader in October 2009. Andy enjoys long-distance walking and has a love of Dartmoor in South Devon. He joined NorLSAR as he wanted to be involved with a group of like-minded people who care about the safety and welfare of others. During the day he works as a Driving Instructor.

Michelle joined the team in 2006 after reading an article in the local news paper, and qualified as a "Search Team Leader" in October 2009.
